See documents below. They will be in the bulletin this weekend. Prepare yourself for a return when you are ready. Note Mass on Friday at 12 noon and not 7:00am. Start with one Mass a week and a crowd you are comfortable with. Our priority is the Sacramental and pastoral care of our parishioners. In this together, it is best that we all "stay at home" - our parish.
We have moved confessions from Saturday at 4:00pm to Saturday at 9:15am. If you want to celebrate the sacrament before returning to Eucharist, you can also come to a daily mass, take a purple card available in vestibule, remain in church after mass, Father will ask if there are any confessions. Just hold up card.
Lift Up Your Priest Campaign It's about supporting priests and in doing that showing our young people that considering priesthood would be supported! As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, priests are being called into great heroic action by offering the sacraments to the sick and dying, finding creative ways to serve parishioners, and maintaining empty parishes with limited staff support. In response, Houston-based Vocation Ministry is set to launch the first-ever nationwide “Uplift Your Priest” campaign from April 20 through May 1. The campaign is designed to inspire the laity to support and encourage their priests who are now on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic and to let clergy know that their people recognize their current sacrifices.
